Sudha Murty's The Magic of the Lost Temple

I read this book when I was 6+ and I loved this book. The story is about Nooni, a 12 year old tomboy, discovering an ancient stepwell along with her friends. The first few chapters were slow, and when "The Excavation" chapter starts things get very exciting. Towards the end when Nooni was leaving her grandparents I felt sad. This is a fantastic book and I would definitely recommend this book. 👍🏼
